Commitment:

Ninety Day hands-on review of the business, mission goals and processes.
Offer a high value NDA to protect your trade secrets and information
30 days of implementation: small changes leading to high-impact change
Weekly evaluation
Ongoing training & communication with support staff to ensure smooth transitions
Monthly review throughout contract, to assess progress and stabilization of the org.

Fees:

Initial consultation: $250.00

This two hour session will cover an overview of your business. Understand your challenges and your goals, and align on how Eighteen Squared can add value.

Onsite: $1200.00 + travel & accommodations if needed (this will be deducted from the 90 day retainer fee once signed)

If we agree that we would like to join into a 90 day contract, the next step would be an onsite 48 hour interaction hands-on with the business. Meeting key stakeholders, leaders, and IC’s. Understanding the systems and tools that are used. Teams that support the tech, CRM, etc.

Retaining: $9000.00 for 90 days (Onsite will be included in this fee)

After we sign a retainer and an NDA, I will provide a plan to navigate the opportunities that we have uncovered together. This plan will be reviewed and signed off on, before we begin the contract itself.

Retainer will provide:

5 day weekly access to ES support, working through issues that arise within 24 hours.

Weekly: up to (1) hour WBR to review the processes, overcome barriers for the week and plan going forward. Working with any support teams relevant to solutions.

ES will recommend any additional tools that may be needed, and refer via network for resources and specialized teams; seeking to create workflows that are sustainable, drive sales, retain clients, and create ease of operations for both the end users/clients and the staff.

These referrals will lean heavily into relationships that have been established via consulting. We refer other organizations to the companies we have consulted for, before anyone external. Building a relationship with ES, will place your firm top of mind for referrals.
